The guiding principle of the International Office is that each and every patient is our personal VIP guest and shall be provided with a seamless high-quality service in their own language and according to their own cultural norms. Therefore, every guest patient is designated a dedicated Recovery Specialist as a one-stop shop from the initial enquiry, right through their entire stay at the LİV Hospital, including their follow-up care at home and subsequent appointments that may be needed.

Your Recovery Specialist will share your language and your culture, and provide direct assistance to patients and their families through personalized Medical and Concierge Services according to the needs and expectations of each and every patient and his or her family and accompanying persons.

Based on your individualized data and information, we provide you with a free cost estimate with details of our medical facilities and physicians. During your treatment and stay, your Recovery Specialist provides a complete package of support at no extra charge

What about language or cultural issues?

The LİV International Office ensures that there will be a Recovery Specialist, acting as an interpreter and translator throughout your treatment period, free of charge. As a person who shares your language and culture, your specialist will understand the issues that may arise and will ensure that no difficulties occur. The LİV International Office is staffed by trained professionals whose principle mission is to make you feel genuinely at home.

Who will be dealing with details of my case during my trip?

The LİV International Office will take care of all details relating to your visit and successful return and recovery.

Will I need any travel documents?

Please check with us and we will advise you on the procedures and documentation that apply for your country. Many citizens from abroad simply obtain a visa at the airport of arrival in Turkey. We can also help you with visa extensions if required.

What about treatment quality?

Family members and companions can travel with you. The team at the International Office is at the service of families and accompanying guests as well as patients.

If I require accommodation outside the hospital, what do I do?

Leave it to us. Choosing accommodation suitable to your budget and close to the hospital can be confusing without local knowledge and contacts. We also have favored rates at many hotels that we pass on to our guests. We make sure that you are confirmed in an accommodation of your choice and liking.

How do I get to the LİV Hospital?

We arrange all transport from your airport of arrival to your hotel and to the LİV Hospital Ulus, and your return transport.

Does the International Office arrange tours and sightseeing trips in Istanbul and other destinations around Turkey?

Yes. We can make arrangements for you and your accompanying family members and companions, including tailor-made tours and excursions in the city of Istanbul and throughout Turkey.
