- Dr. Ronald has extensive work experience, having served in HUKM, Hospital Selayang and St. Pauls Eye Unit in Liverpool (under the tutelage of Professor David Wong). During his tenure at Hospital Selayang, Dr. Ronald was the head of retinal surgery from 2008 to 2011. The unit then was a leading center for retinal surgery and retina surgery training. Dr. Ronald was also the lead trainer for the VR fellowship programme and was actively involved in the Master in Ophthalmology training programme.He is currently a visiting consultant to Hospital Selayang.
Certifications
He was awarded the Certificate of Completion for Fellowship Training (subspecialty) in Vitreoretina (CCFT) upon completion of his subspecialist training in Malaysia in 2008.
